  1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the order is placed. We work diligently to process your order as quickly as possible, with an average processing time of 1-2 days.
  2. Shipping Time: After the order is processed, our standard shipping time is 3-5 business days. This time frame includes the processing time and transit time. While we strive to deliver your order promptly, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances during transit.
  3. Shipping Method: We utilize reliable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your orders. The shipping method you choose during checkout will determine the delivery time and cost.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, after a few business days you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
  6. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. Incorrect or incomplete shipping details may result in delays or misdelivery. Airify Pro will not be held responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
  7. International Shipping: At this time, Airify Pro offers shipping within [your shipping regions or list of countries]. We do not currently provide international shipping outside of these regions.
  8. Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed, refused, etc.), we will attempt to contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending the package.
  9. Lost or Damaged Packages: While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition, unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to our investigation.
